We arrived at 2 pm on the dot.. As reported the flea market is huge! No real deals yet. But huge! The weather today is stunning at 80 and the crowd manageable .. 50 boast though. Not one of the bigger shows but as usual it’s not about quality here it’s about quality. And the show delivers that in spades..miss hopatcong is here last weeks big winner and finito the last cobra from katzs marina is here.. Typhoon one amazing boat… Mr white.. Our favorite u22 , Pardon Me… All torn apart.. Hackers upon hackers . Barrel backs… The auction is far far different than the past two years. Boats will be selling. The chris craft cruiser is to put it mildly a jaw dropper and could be the deal of the year.. New bottom new keel engines .. All new.. Here are some more snaps from the show.

Buy it, drop an old Flathead V-8 in her and we can go vintage boat racing. Maybe Jim Staib has an old period correct mill… We can get some of those old white coveralls like Jake Obexer used to wear…

I have shots of both of them as well as a 1957 Lyman that is still in it’s original shipping crate. Never sold. Znever removed from the crate!

That Lyman should win the show hands down. Hard for any ACBS judge to ague that boat is not in as delivered from the factory condition.
I’m sure they’ll find a 1/4 point to deduct somewhere. Modern dust?
The boat was in the wearhouse and is either been donated to the museum or is on loan. No show deal.. The wearhouse was the coolest part of the show
