If you’re going to be at the new WoodyBoater HQ and there is no internet service AND only limited cell phone connectivity we’ll need to update you on a land line. OK so lets get some input….is this a 60k boat? 100k, 500k?? of course the engines ….the only ones in the WORLD????!!!!!
So hard to predict – when was the last time a GW Miss America became available?
I baselessly guess bids in the $600k – $800k range in spite of unfinished condition, with a reserve above that. The engine costs alone must have been tremendous and I suspect would make up a significant part of the bid amounts that I am wildly predictiing the boat will generate. I Will be at the meeting in SF so won’t even be able to watch it.
Safest place for a known serial boat buyer……with your checkbook securely in CA (the real one)…

Yeah! Wish I could have heard that! But they didn’t have Bob Wallace to tweak the installation, and finally swapped them back for the Riva Crusaders….too bad….now it’s “just another Aquarama”….;-)
And anyway, the sound of 24 still isn’t equal to 32……
What number AQ was that? Was it for Ferruccio himself? I have long heard this “myth”

For anyone who is not familiar with Riva-World I can speak with personal experience. Sandro and his team did an outstanding job restoring our Riva Super Aquarama # 125. The restoration of the Lamborghini Riva will be first rate and a showstopper! The original V12 engines are still in the Lamborghini Museum with a small Aquarama model along side.
…only if it gets the 2 motors from the museum…..
