Thanks to our roving reporter Texx we can gaze upon Bill & Suzanne Brooks 1952 22′ Sportsman “52 Skidoo” from Spokane, Washington. This was shot at the Inland Empire ACBS show in Sandpoint, Idaho this summer…. What makes this Woody Boater U22 Month worthy? Well, it was delivered from Chris-Craft ..according to the orig owner….with a special factory order raised windshield which is somewhat unusual. Shown with the top up, it’s easy to see how the raised windshield could provide some additional visibility and interior space for the Captain and forward passengers.

Sorry about the quality of these pic's, that camera was retired to a landfill in Kalispell, Montana in August. I guess the camera was originally designed to last 5 to 7 years… Ha
