Here ya go, we had a special request for more info on the Lone Star Meteor, I don’t have the owners name or history just yet, it was just sitting in the parking lot. I will find out more and update this story tomorrow. I can say… and will. It’s absolutely gorgeous. In a pink non wood sort of way! UPDATE Boat Belongs to Kev-Fin of Boatsinthebelfy.com

Looks like something Kevin (Kev-Fin) Mueller would have
That's KevFin's pink Meteor. Kevin Mueller from Rockton, IL. He has a website about his finned boats. He had a nice article about him and his boats in the New York Times on 16 August 2009

These '50's glass boats are interesting, in a ghastly, over the top kind of way. There is a youthful sort of impractical naivete in the the styling. That's why I have to have one (just not not pink!).

Yep, that's KevFin's alright, one of the most photographed Glassics around. One of his collection of 25 glassics in various stages of restoration. The Glassics certainly do have that space age style. For links to more Glassics sites, check out the links page on NickleCityClassics.webs.com. Love your site BTW.
