Ok, we here at Woody Boater are officially drooling over new old stock Kapok cushions… What ever the disease is that I have, it’s in full bloom. DEAR GOD! it’s a cushion.. OH, no, it’s so much more. It’s like walking into a boat stuff store back in the day and seeing this on the shelf. In its original wrapper. If you own a show boat and its all fancy done. THIS is the perfect accessory.. OK that sounds like its a purse.. It’s the perfect man bag.. no wait.. it’s that perfect touch… no.. that sounds to Martha Stewart.. How bout, it’s great for covering that hole that your grandson made with that pen in his pocket when he sat down on those Tahoe judged seats.. Whatever you call this cushion.. Call it yours on eBay .. Right here.. Just for gods sake don’t waste it on a drowning person… They should have been wearing there life jackets anyway. Its NOS only once!
I had one of those as a kid, but it was the white version. It was great for learning the right of way rules, but I think it had about the same flotation capability as a brick. A slight step up from throwing someone an anchor.
Now that I think about it, that would be perfect for my mother inlaw. I could convince my wife and the authorities I wa trying to save her (better than with the anchor anyway) when we woodyboaters know better.

They are the best boat show accessories. Been using them for the last 4 years.
I have a brand new set of yellow with storm warnings on them. Seing we had tornados 50 miles from me, maybe their of more use in the boat.
We can create a kapok Kannon that shoots these at jet skiers.. I love that idea. We were just trying to save them officer.

No .. If i advertise it here, I leave it be for the masses. I would never want to bid up something that others may want. In fact, thats a cool idea. We can have a bidder connection here so others are not bidding against each other on this.
Hi Matt, No they weren’t advertised here-so nothing like that. I was salivating over 2 REALLY COOL cushions all weekend, prices were good (one was a downright steal) until about 15 minutes before the close of the auction. Then all of us with cushion fetishes (can I say that?) Got into a bidding frenzy. This girl prevailed and you will be seeing them soon on one of our boats! Now I must go shoe shopping……………………………
